My role
Worked closely with compliance and cross-functional teams to design and launch multiple high-impact features across sportsbook and casino. Led the creation of the Reward Center, Credit Shop, and loyalty milestone systems, as well as engagement features like Caesars Rewards tier gated leaderboards as well as sponsored leaderboards. All projects were user experience-driven features with thousands of players relying on seamless registration, rewards, and gameplay integrations daily.
Other work included significant lifts in first-time deposits and Caesars’ rise into the top three iGaming operators in the U.S during my employment.
iGaming Components
These iGaming components were built to allow our design team to quickly iterate and prototype while maintaining consistency as we made multiple changes in large portions of the product.
